The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) has issued Canada-wide warrants for 19-year-old Arjun Sahnan, who is alleged to be responsible for three drive-by shootings believed to be connected to an ongoing extortion series. Investigators have determined that Sahnan fled to India, leaving on a flight that he had booked prior to committing the Winnipeg and Sherwood Park shootings. (Full Story on Page 10)
